Hi, I'm Mahipal Padigela and this is my personal web site.

I'm a Software Engineer, presently working as a BI/ETL Architect with Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance (MSI).

My chief motive behind building this site was to share my son DIGI's (Hypocorism for DIGITAL MONSTER) pictures and videos captured from time to time, with my family and friends back home and else where in the world.But, sadly, I didn't manage to post much content so far.

I also intend to share some of my IT knowledge and experience gained through working in varied sectors like Insurance, Commercial Finance, Air Trasport, Telecommunications, Pharmaceutical, Medical & Health, Railways, and Market Research.

The knowledge bank will have some code snippets, articles, Q&As, book excerpts and other resources on a variety of topics like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Windows and web programming, Database Management systems, SQL Server, Excel/Powerpoint VBA, Software Engineering, System Analysis and Designing, Reporting technologies like SSRS, Crystal, Business Objects etc.
